ACF 365's Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

02 Account & Registration

To register with ACF 365, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be terminated at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. An NID or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to ACF 365 Support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

03 Deposits & Payments

ACF 365 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits are generally instant — no additional charges apply.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, contact Support before attempting a second transaction.
• ACF 365 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit if fraud is suspected.

04 Withdrawals & Cash Out

To withdraw winnings from ACF 365, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious activity, ACF 365 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ACF 365 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page or in the promotions section.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only — one per person.
• Withdrawals are not permitted after claiming a bonus until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed — including multiple accounts or the use of false information — all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ACF 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any bonus that is not used before its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be used together will be specified in the terms of the relevant offer.

06 Game & Betting Rules

All games on ACF 365 are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are not predetermined, and no strategy can guarantee a win.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, ACF 365 may void or restart that round.
• ACF 365 reserves the right to void any incorrect payouts or winnings displayed due to a software error.
• The use of auto-betting tools or bots is strictly prohibited.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games. In the event of any dispute, the game log will be reviewed.
• In any dispute relating to game rules, the decision of ACF 365 management is final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ACF 365. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Deliberately exploiting the bonus system (bonus hunting).
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Colluding dishonestly with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through ACF 365.
• Harassing ACF 365 staff or other members, or using abusive language.

08 Data Protection

10 Account Closure & Suspension

ACF 365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or cheating is found.
• At the direction of legal authorities.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Providing false information during KYC verification.

You may request account closure at any time through Support. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned after verification.

11 Terms Changes & Updates

ACF 365 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
